Hey mate,
I bought hapenburg's shares and had them transferred to my alt, and then to this toon. I never received payment. Please let me know whats going on mate.
I am sure its not a problem though.

Understood. The website has my name in the database (but its down or I would screen shot it). I don't know why the original thread hasn't been updated to my name, that was supposed to be done by Ulecese.
I just hope that he fixes things.

I have traced what appears to be the problem. It looks like the new owner of the account/bonds had failed to update their account with either their new api data or confirmed their character via the ingame browser, so as a result there is no 'confirmed' character to send the interest payment to and this is why the payment is currently in limbo - Basically there is an account with bonds and interest on it due to be paid but no registered recipient.
When bond ownership changes hands I can manually make the changes by adjusting the bonds on the accounts involved in the trade, however when the character registered to the account changes it is upto the account holder to make the correct changes to the account.
This 'may' be a database error or account user error, at this point its unclear due to the updates we are doing with the website but either way looking at ingame evemails from Hapenburg, Tjo San and nut custard I do have a record of nut custard being the new bonds owner and the interest payment has been credited to that character.
I hope this clears things up.
ISK received. When I am back from class I will PM you so we can figure out what went wrong. Thank you for the help! One of the best investments I have made so far in this game.

Ulecese had a family member die and is taking a break from eve. Investments are supposedly being paid back next month. Posting his evemail below assuming I can find it :)

I apologise but the september payment is late due to a family death.
I simply havent had the desire to log into eve since, so it will be sent with the october payment if that is ok. There is alot of assets and market orders that will need liquidating which I will be doing then, but if its not suitable for you and you have an urgent need for the isk, send a mail to Marquedios and he will get the payment issued to you sooner.
